A natural born linguist with a multitude of professional experience, Justin has been living in New Zealand for 30 years and working in real estate since 2016.

Originally from Taiwan, Justin’s background working as an entrepreneur of an international consulting company in Taiwan and an educator of four language schools has instilled in him the ambition and drive needed to help his clients and customers succeed in real estate. And he hasn’t failed to impress.

In just a short space of time working as an agent, Justin has already sold 44 properties, including apartments in Auckland CBD and houses in Central Auckland’s Epsom, Orakei and Saint Johns.

He strongly believes that ‘every number is a number and every enquiry is an opportunity’, which is why he’s always available on the phone or email, day or night. This dedication and tenacity have propelled him forward as an agent, and he now sells a wide variety of listings – from luxury waterfront properties and premium Remuera offerings, to blocks of units, apartments and off-plan townhouses.
